I'm on day three without tramadol my head fills like it's going to pop and tink feeling in my hands, can't sleep at night but still holding my job what can i take to help this.

A day or two more  and sleep with start coming. I never found anything that woukd help me sleep if anything I think they made it worse.Hang in there

TYNENOL PM will help with the tingling and pain take 1 at a time as often as you need, nyqual day time will help with the tingling and pain, the pm stuff will not make you sleepy trust me you wont sleep sorry. Ive detoxed many times waiting on time to refill my script.

i know what ur talkin about my problem is percs though but when i run out of the percs i take tramadols and then when those are all gone im in a world of hurt ur doin great u said u were on ur 3 day now u dont have much lonegr to before u start feelin better so keep us informed and if u need nething else let us know!

hang in there...there r some safe meds that can help like mentioned above..phenergan is another drug that can take the edge off of things...do u have sumpin to help u sleep?  day 3 is great and u r almost over the hump...keep posting

I know what you are going threw I have been there.a few more days and things will get better.Try to get out and exercise that really helps with mood and sleep.There are some supplement that help if you are not on any antidepressant..5hpt, L'Tyrosine,magnesium  and  calcium vit b and 12 .

Please try the Thomas recipe in the health pages, scroll all the way down to the bottom of this page under "most viewed pages".     Immodium, benadryl,anti nausea med. otc pain med.  l-tyrosine, 5-htp.  All these things are in the Thomas Recipe.
