Tramdol Withdrawals...

I am debating whether use the cold turkey method or reducing method when coming off tramadol.  I still have to go to work during this time.  I am aware sleep will be disrupted, & I sure my mood will be low at this time.  How long before I will feel normal?  When will sleep return to normal?

I've just started tapering tramadol.  Can't imagine going ct.  After 5 days I finally did have some sleep.  The references listed by the other members are excellent.  Take care!

Much good information about tramadol here ......put avisg or emilypost in the search engine and you will have plenty to read.....and you probably should read them. You probably shouldnt quit the tramadol cold turkey........and you probably will want to deal with seretonin at some point in time. Might want to look into an antidepressant or you might want to investigate the amino acids 5-HTP and SAMe......Like Sara says - Be safe.......
