Trying to hang in

I am having trouble sticking to taper. Just so depressed right now. Was supposed to space the out took them all @ once.4 hydro. Was @ 6/ day so I can still keep that but is going to work? I am trying not to give up.

Please keep hanging in there.  I never did a taper as i went ct off 18 a day.  It was the best thing i ever did.  I am getting my life back now and it feels wonderful.  Do you take any vitamin supplements??  They really help.  You will find those in the health pages.  Please keep posting here as we are here to help and support you thru this.  Keep telling yourself you can do this.           stay strong                sara

It can work...it did for me. Are you able to give your pills to someone to hold and give to you as needed? If the taper doesn't work maybe cold turkey?? It's doable either way... hang in there ... you can do this and you will do this! Once you are off those and feeling better... you will be so proud of yourself and so happy!

Keep posting.... I know you aren't trying to give up!
