Am I correct when I say you are still on the meds and dont want to risk being put in the hospital where you wont be able to take them ?
I'm sorry you're sick. You lost 100 lbs. in how many months? Did you stop the hydro yet? This forum is a great place for help. There is almost always someone here to talk with and encourage you.
I took hydro and oxy for 6 + years. Part of my withdrawal wasn't weight loss. So I dont know. Some on here have said they couldnt eat for several days. But 100lbs. Thats alot.
You can be honest with dr. about wds and not wanting to be in detox.
agreed, so I guess you're not on them anymore? Definitely go to the hospital if you are still vomiting. I know they can give you something to help with your stomach problems and maybe clonodine if your blood pressure is too high. stay with us here too, many of us have been through this!
you are not going to seek medical treatment because of your meds ?? PLZ see a doctor you are sick if it is not gone away in three weeks on it own then you need treatment . you are possibly risking you life because of your addiction you need to really think about that. then get help.
If I were you I would go to a hospital. At least there they will give you meds to help you withdrawal. Anxiety is usually a symptom, so the heart beat is normal. But the weight loss, I have never heard of that much. I mean, usually when I would be in w.d I couldn't eat...so I don't know. Everyone is different. If you have the opportunity, GO to the hospital. At the very least, they will send you home with meds to help you. Just go and tell them you are w.d from hydros and tell them your symptoms...they have to help you.
Are you vomiting because you stopped taking the hydros? Or are you still on them? Sorry for the confusion.
