food regimen ? you gonna crave for carbos and sugar soon after detoxing so beware of them :)... eat protein rich food, lots of vegs, fruit ....try to eat as healthy as possible ( no junk food ) and i would advise you to eat every 3 hours and small portions ( that way your insulin levels would be more or less under control and you won't feel those "cravings" and hungry )
exercise ? depending on your current state... improve it slowly...cardio ex. like biking, swimming, running, fast walking .....

oh sorry to keep adding to this but when it comes to me lol my brain is still repairing itself lol also you don't want to forget this never!!! remember this feeling and feelings well! get a journal started. write down anything and everything let the pen do the walking ( so to speak) discover, what's in your head, alot of times we skip this part as way to forget, then years or months from now POP in your head it comes and you get scared then possible relapse may happen. know yourself and your weakness. read your journal daily!! start at page 1 and just keep on going. esp if you get a craving or some emotions come on your nit ready to deal with write all that down.the journal is you, it's your life! you can do it, also support from loved ones is a HUGE help! we can't do it alone.
oh and excercise will come you have to force yourself out of bed and go or a walk. around the block, then the next day go around twice and so on and so on you have to push yourself and rememeber your goal at the same time. you want to be free of this addicition.
well I can tell you nothin is going to get rid of the feelings you have. However! lol b complex vitamins along with omega 3's will help your body heal so much faster! so the withdrawals you feel with pass faster then if you dint take anything. healing your body and mind, that's what's it's about during withdrawals. fish oil flack seed oil, b complex vitamins, protein shake!! protein is the building blocks for life and repair, don't forget protein.
