Haven't had a pill in 24 hrs. and feel the same as I did yesterday with none of those side effects. I'm done. uncomfortable or not in a day or two. I really don't think that will happen though. I've got some good things going on today and some good things in my life right now. So I am done. Thanks

Go for it...you're on  a pretty low dose...just jump off.....remember, if you have a positive attitude you will do just fine.. I think you may get a bit uncomfy physically (perhaps the scoots or a little insomnia or some anxiety), but overall I really think you will be just fine. Keep a positive attitude and thank your lucky stars that you're out of this mess!
Congrats on the taper and getting off the pills. I really think you will be okay if you stop now. Just keep yourself busy and you will be feeling right as rain in no time. Like I said, maybe a couple of days of physical things...,but nothing too bad-you may also not have any symptoms at all. Don't stress yourself out. Just look ahead and be done with it.
Keep posting as you are an inspiration to everyone here!

Jed~   Just go for it now!!  It sounds like you'll be fine, maybe mildly uncomfortable. Who knows?  But it sounds like you can handle it.  Good for you!!

Any plans on some support to help you stay sober?

Well, I've only had half a pill all day and I feel fine. I'm thinking I'm at a low enough dose that it won't effect me anymore, like I said I had those symptoms when I first sterted for two days but now there gone, I'm only taking 5 mgs a day and that was at 6 o clock this morning and it seems that I KEEP FEELING BETTER AS THE DAY GOES ON.

Yea those are my symptons every time. I will have an upset stomach but that is the extent of the physicals. The lack of motivaton and the mental games are always the toughest for me. I wish those went first then the physicals. You should be able to do it physically no problem. With that said, each person is different and some say they need to or they even go to the ER cause they are so bad. I just cant imagine that because I guess mine or so weak. Good Luck and keep your head up.

When you stop completely, you will have some uncomfy symptoms, but it should not be too horrible!  Maybe some insomnia and restlessness and your body temp might be kinda hot and cold.  Other than that, you should be pretty good!

Best of luck!
