Even after W/D's you should keep drinking plenty of water or Gatorade. I got back on Dr.Pepper and I feel like heck!!  I got so carried away with my clean days I forgot to take care of the rest. No wonder I feel the way I do.

Now this was a funny post..lmao I need to start drinking more water too! I have Lemons & Electrolyte powders and such. It gets so cold up here it is hard to drink cold water but I try to drink good hot teas..hahahaha Now I have to go to the bathroom. lol Maybe it is age???? Ha!

Tooter...you are correct that the water and gaterade really help you feel better!  You don't have to quit Dr Pepper, you can just limit them.

Sarah...you just made my water come out of my nose!  Lol. I was thinking the same thing!  She sounds like a teenager not a 71 year old!  I hope I will be like that!

Dane...I am in total agreement with you on this one!  I hate the constant potty breaks!

Noone would ever know you are 71 yrs young!!  I had to laugh when i read you were back on the Dr Pepper!!!  I think my relatives at 71 were drinking prune juice!!  lol

I don't feel to good the next day after taking ambien. but other than that I'm okay. I get my script  mon or tues. then I can quit the ambien. I drink to many DP's. That's another reason why my sugar gets to high.  I guess it's the addict in me. Hope your having a great day. God Bless

Tooter I sent u a note I didn't forget about the cream ok? I am still waiting for a response. I agree lots of fluids even after withdrawals but please tooter don't take away my Dr. Pepper lol I do limit my soda I allow myself one a day. How are you feeling today tooter?
