I just posted a journal entry about a show I watched tonight. The show is really geared to help people lose weight but tonight's episode focused on cravings and the host talked about using the technique to deal with all kinds of cravings - food, drugs, alcohol, etc.
I will admit that it is a little strange and feels really weird actually doing the technique, but I've decided to give it a shot. In my book, anything that works - even if it's only once - is worth it.
