really good advise from Laurel. I can tell you w/d's last about  week to 10 days.

Be really careful with the xanax that is addicting as well and much hrder to come off of.
It will pass you just have to wait it out. Drink lots of fluids too. Really hot bath worked pretty well for me.

hi, welcome to the forum !

two things here for u...your legs not stop moving is  RLS restless legs syndrom and is one of the things that make our nights during wd's a nightmare grrrrr :( ...so to help u with this: Hylands restful legs (OTC), a magnessium+calcium suplemment, long baths with epsom salt before going to bed and apple/oranges  or bananas ( they have a lot of pothasium).

drink a lot, eat healthy and this exercise you are already doing will help a lot too.

as for the helping to sleep.... try some melatonin or valerian root... the latter helped me also with my anxiety..it will take some time recovering your sleep and you may  feel your emotions a little bit messed up for a while but all shall pass, trust me :)

Best of lucks !!!!!
