What is Normal?

I have been clean for 2 weeks today from suboxone. I was given them because of my addiction to oxycottin but I wasn't using them correctly either. So here I am wondering what normal is!? I fell much better compared to the first couple of days off but I still fell different. I have just all around leg aches not unbarable but uncomfortable if you understand. I am married with 2 kids and I am in the military and I have no energy but at the same time its like I am just lazy now or something. I was always cleaning my house, doing work for my co-workers, playing with my kids or any other daily activity pain free and with a lot of energy. My doctor gave me cloldine for anxiety which i don't take anymore, and he gave me Wellbutrin for anti-depression but i flushed them after taking them for only 2 days. I didn't think I was depressed but I really just don't know anymore. I know everyone has "good and bad" days but I self-medicated for almost 3 years and I don't know whats what anymore. I am not out of shape or anything I am 20 years old and I played sports all through High School so this is just very frustrating to me now... Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

I have been on Suboxone twice. It is a wonder pill in the sense that you will not have the urge to go looking for your old drug of choice. In my case I was given it after using Oxycottin and It did great but I was still around old "friends" and began to sell them to get more oxy off the street. Where I grew up 80mg Oxy went from 40$ to 80$ in a matter of months due to high demand and limited supply so needless to say I was flying through money. I had gotten my then girlfriend now wife pregent who in fact use to do them with me every once in a while but she never understood why I got addictied. My parents basicly said either join the military or were kicking you out, so i joined. I did a 40mg the night before i went to bootcamp!!! I really didn't know if i was going through w/d's or if it was pain from all the push-ups but i went 8 weeks without it and was clean! I graduated boot camp came home and got married, but i hade a bachlor party with old "friends" and did oxy again for no reason. I was on the lookout again for them and my wife found out via text message on my phone. I went to a doctor and was given Suboxone again and again it worked but after being on them for about 6 months i began to mis-use them and my wife found out AGAIN and i quit at 4-8mg a day cold turkey and i had bad w/d's. But if you are in fact tappering you "should" be fine I do not know 100% because i never did it correctly but i hear only good things. If you have w/d's at all they will be most likely very minor. I hope this helps and sorry for the long story!! God Bless!

Sorry that you are feeling 100% I guess and I say I guess cause you sound just like me when I go to my regular doctor and my pschycologist they ask how I'm feeling and I'm like well I guess I'm lol. Is so confusing this thing call not been on what you know to be "NORMAL" for so long, anyways sorry I don't have a answer for you but I do have a question if you don't mind? how long were you on sub and was it hard for you to stop? I'm on it now is been 7 weeks now I'm tapering I'm on 2mg I will drop tomorrow again to 1mg but I'm always concern about how my body will react when I'm on the lowest possible then stop.

do you exercise.  i found that did more for me than anything.  even if you just take walks.  it helps the brain make endorphins on its own again.
