otc pain med and then a hot (really warm) bath, if you have a heating pad use it at night. The rls can be a torment but it will get better as the days pass.

lots of baths as H O T as you can stand it. I have a jetted tub and would stay in for hours at a time
Hi I am also detoxing and am on day 2. It has been surprizing light even with a 10-12 vicodin/day habit for some years. I can only attribute that to the o-t-c stuff I've been taking during the last 48 hours, advice I got here on this forum. Potassium, magnesium, superp thisilyn and motrin for pain. Maybe something like that will help? Hang in there. You'll make it!
