Ive been using for 5 years now, i need tips to get off it and fast

I need to stop using, its having a very detrimental effect on me and my life,I have in the past for 5-6 months and the things i achieved were amazing since i started using again its ruined my relationship, some friendships and its currently very close to having an effect on my family. Any tips to start coming off it would be greatly appriciated. I can spend up to £800 over a weekend and still owe money the next weekend, i dont (very occasionaly) use during the week as i work away from home, i didnt realise how bad it was until this weekend, im writing this with a VERY SORE NOSE AMD BANK ACCOUNT any help would be amazing.

Hi and welcome.  Sounds like coke has you in its grip.  How much are you doing on weekends?  Changing your playmates and playground is a must if you want to get and stay off this.  Recovery care is vital to your well being as using is only a symptom of what is going on with you.  Do you have any addiction specialists close by?  NA is another great option.  You are worth fighting for so put the energy into staying clean, not getting high.  Get some good supplements and start feeding your body.  That helps with getting better too.   If you continue you will lose everything and that is a guarantee including your life.  Noone is exempt.  If your nose is in bad shape get ahold of a doctor and be honest with him/her.  I know this is tough and scary but you will get thru it.  Keep talking with us as we know what you are going thru~
