Withdrawal from Oxy's

I'm at day 10 of no Oxy's cold turkey not by my choice. Dr refused to renew my script. Here in Canada the Oxy med has changed and my dr without any discussion with myself switched me to t3's instead. From a drippy nose, to diarrhea, to body ache, to mood swings, to feeling nausea, to feeling like there are bugs in my body, to just feeling like I'm going crazy, to wanting to find it on the street and buy some to make these symptoms disappear just for an hour, to feeling anxiety, to feeling I'm helpless.

How long is this going to last and why is it getting worse as I go?

I am so sorry you are going through this. Can you tell us how long you have been on the oxy and how many a day you had been taking? I was on vicodin so I am not sure of what you are going through. Have you been taking anything to help get through the detox like vitamins and the thomas receipe?

It depends on how much and how long you have been taking them.  Some people feel like crap for 5 days and others for 2 weeks.  I hope you get some relief soon.  Take benadryl or something like that for the nose, sneezes, and sleep.  Can you talk to your doctor about meds to help.  I got mine to give me non addictive med for my restless legs (bugs) and there are some others.  I am sure others will get on to help.  Sorry you got caught up in the new laws. Were you taking them for pain??
