Withdrawals?

Three weeks ago Thursday I was proscribed 10 mg oxycodone hcl for a surgical procedure. I took the two pills four times a day the first week then two pills once to twice a day until last Friday. Since Saturday I have been experiencing awful conditions like sogginess, stomach pains, diarrhea, body aches, restlessness, extreme exhaustion, irritability. Am I going through withdrawals? If so, how long will this last? Today I no longer have the mental grogginess (that was gone yesterday) but still have the exhaustion and diarrhea. Last nights sleep was terrible with body aches and pains and restlessness.  Please help. I am at my wits end.

Ya it makes sense given what they gave you.  Age and health makes a difference too.

Yes but they should be minimal. It can happen after a short use.  Have you ever taken an opiate for a longer time period?

Thank you. Does it make sense to you that I would have withdrawals from only a couple of weeks of opiate use?

It sounds like wd's and it should be over soon.  Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids as you need to replace what you are losing.  Hot baths or showers should help the aches and pains.  If it doesnt go away you better see your doctor.
