you will have rebound pain, and otc pain meds will not be the relief you are probably looking for, but as time goes on, and your body starts to heal and your tollerance goes away, otc meds will help
now that i am past all the wd stuff, i can take motrin and be shocked at how well it works
check my Journals. LOTS of good info there. Good Luck!
Thanks for those comments laurel and ella. Whats the thomas recipe at ? Where can i find that recipe?
You can do this and people on here (who know just what you will be going through) will be here for you. Get the Thomas recipe and gather all that you can from its list. Post as often as you feel the need or just to talk to others.
You can do it too!!!!!!!!!!!

Ella789 13 days and still opiate free, feels good too!!!!!!!
ok, there are some stuff that can help you.
Immodium, i think this is the brand there , for the runnings ( because you gonna have them :(
lots, and i mean it, of bananas plus some magnesium ( maybe calcium too ) for the muscle aches and RLS. And you gonna "feel" your legs at night, to say the least, there is something called hylands restful legs (OTC)that can help you too. I really hate this RLs the most. Maybe some valerian root for the anxiety or melatonine to help you sleep (OTC too ) .
i would take vitamins+minerals suplements but only after the first days because before your stomach is not going to accept them very well.
drink a lot of gatorade/aquarium for the fluids you'll lose, maybe some protein shakes and pls, try to have some walks after the first two days, you will feel like not but do try to exercise a little and you'll feel it help you a lot during these days. Oh, yes, and the paracetamol is better for your stomach if you need it.
but most of all, be positive, maybe is a bad flu, but you can live with it and keep posting. Best of lucks, gyver :)
