Writing it out

Writing our feelings out has a way of "peeling the layers off the onion" so to speak.   I have had so many days when I just feel like **** and don't know why.  I start writing and usually by the time I am finished, I have a clue about some little (or not so little) incident that happend during the day that set off feelings.   It could be the tiniest thing that would have gone unnoticed if I hadn't of started writing.

It is like putting on a pair of reading glasses...........the vision gets much clearer.

I am going to start journalizing and hope I might find my triggers. I still can't figure out why I pill binged. I never really had full blown addictions before and it is scarey to me. I smoke cigs now and then, drink a few beers but usually on the weekends or hot days. I don't usually have more than 2 unless it is a party. I love to eat but don't like a real full feeling in my stomach.  Thanks my dear for the great suggestion.

Hey, I totally agree.  That's a great idea.  I started a journal a few months back.  One of the other members on here started me on it.  It's great!!

Take care and god bless, hugz,

Lil.  :)
