I took my last hydrocodone last Sunday. (After taking anywhere from 10 to 20 10/650mg for about a year) I have been taking tramadol since then, in low doses, to help a little with the withdrawals. Yesterday I only took 2 tramadol, 100mg altogether, and I actually felt good. I wasn't sick. So far this morning I haven't taken any tramadol and I haven't wanted to. I was planning on coming off the tramadol completely tomorrow, since my vacation from work starts tomorrow... but looks like it will be today. I actually feel human. This is the first day since Sunday I haven't felt like hell warmed over. So... yay.

be careful with the tram, people have gotten really addicted to that too. nows the time to back off on that, and see how things go.

good luck, and be prepared for anything mentally.

Good for you. I wish you many blessings on the journey ahead. I know my husband has tried several times with no success past 2 weeks. I think your determination and possibly having someone to help you be accountable might come in handy. So happy for you!
