Hi & Welcome,

I assume you are in the UK or possibly Australia? If so, it is difficult because that is an OTC medication and available there without a prescription. My point being, it is easily obtained.

I didn't see where you mentioned you were taking the pills for a medical condition but rather for the "feeling". You are finding out now that it stops working.

Since you have cut back, now would be a good time to jump off and get your new life started. You can expect a few days of flu like symptoms and after that you will begin to physically feel better.

Having too much time on your hands---boredom and loneliness are dangerous for an addict. I have to suggest that you find a hobby, a part-time job or volunteer helping others. Anything you can do to occupy yourself and make you feel better about yourself would be a huge help.

If you decide to stop the pills altogether, we can help you with some home remedies and such to make the withdrawal a little more comfortable.

I hope you stick around.
