Dani,will oxy relieve the subx w/d symotoms? yes, and if you start having addiction probs with the oxy. you could start shooting herion, it will control the oxy w/d symptoms. I think you see where im headed with this, you are going the wrong way. Get back on the subx detox plan  and speak with your M.D. about things to help with the symptoms.  Self medicating with oxy is not going to help you get clean, Communicate with your MD. let him know about insomnia, bone pain,vomiting ect. dont prescribe meds for your self. i kicked a 40-60 mgI. I.V. dilaudid habit about 25 years ago. I can remember how difficult is was even today. The fear of going thru that is why I dont take anything unless I have to.  Passed a kidney stone 2 years ago, I requested toradol instead of the morphine they were going to give me, and I told then why I didnt want any narcotics. hang in,good luck

thks..this is 54 hours into detoxing from I dont know what..suboxone which i stopped 3 weeks ago or taking perc's for 6 days thinking it would help with the withdrawls..now stopped with the perc's and am wondering what am i withdrawing from??? i hope this wont lat long???

Ok well here is my story.. have an addiction to percocet but have been doing well..Started taking suboxone a year ago..Came off 1/4 of a 2mg and was feeling pretty bad with withdrawls ..to my surprise!! I was told the small dosage I was on, I would feel very lil wd's.. yeah right! anyway i read somewhere that taking percocet will help with the wd's..i know..STUPID!! So I took percocet 4 a week, and 2 pills 4 x a day.. of 10/325.. Now tis is 48 hours and I am in terrible wd's!! same stuff sweats, rls, insomnia.. ect.  Is this from the suboxone or am I going through wd's after taking percocet for a week..it just makes no sense?? how long will this last..please help me...

ambien will help.also, otr stuff diphenhydramine (benedryl) 50 mg or doxyclamine (umisom) 25-50 mg. mixed with the ambien will have an additive effect.Maybe taking it with a glass of wine might help also. Make sure your room is dark,you should put black tape ove those little lights on  your tv vcr radio clock. maybe a little loft music on low volume,but try to eliminate any other noise.There is a homeopathic product from HYLAND LABS called "Leg Cramps with Quinine" its a sub-lingual tablet and it reall help \ed me with the night time leg aches. Most pharmacies or health food stores carry it. good luck
