amino acids

I bought the amino acids for my wd's and don't know when to take them.  Any idea?

     I have heard with some to see how it goes in the day time first. Especially with L-Tyrosine.I can't take too much because of anti-depressants. But L-Tyrosine does give a pick me up. Every one is different. Tomorrow is typically worse, but not for all.

Thanks!  Does it keep you awake?  Take at night? or morning.  I don't want ANY stimulants for the night!!  I just cannot beliieve I went the WHOLE day with no pills!!!  I amaze myself and thanks to all of you!!! I haven't gotten any of the WD symptoms except the legs and I went to the bathroom 4 times, not bad.  Nice for a change, lol.  Going TO MAKE IT, you are an amazing person!!!!  You treat everyone on here as if they were your own family and that is such a blessing, thanks!!  Is it possible I will be alot worse tomorrwo?  Anyway if someone could let me know evening or night for the aminos.  Thanks!

If you are feeling good enough, it won't hurt before that. Most people don't feel like eating and have runs etc.. Days to start things are relative to how you're doing. I have heard others having good results with the amino fuel. I took mine right on through w/ds and all.

I got the L-tyrosine and the multi amino in liquid called "amino fuel"  Saw it on a npost and found the bottle at  my health food store.  Don't take it before day 5, why?  I know I have already posted this but I am now 25 hours clean and besides these darn RLS I am fine.  A little anxious but none of what I have read.  I will see if the morning will be the same.  My husband just said a prayer with me so I know that helps.
