does anyone know if it is ok to take the amino acids while still tapering off the methadone im not sure
Yes, as long as your felling OK I would take them and vitamins. Heed the warnings if you are on anti depressants. As they don't mix with aminos too well. Start taking a good multi vitamin twice a day. Your body is compromised now and the extra won't hurt. Months from now you can take less but still take it twice a day.
I started during my hydrocodone taper when I started feeling bad from the cut...May help...be sure nothing else you are taking has any interations with htem...I know some anti-depressents do...keep posting
