Benadryl and unisom OTC really helped me for sleeping at night, I took 2 multivitamins a day, one in the morning with a meal and one at night with a meal, lots of water to drink, hot hot baths, healting pad and some good movies, short walks outside helped too. Day 12 and feeling much better than last week. I'm still a little anxious during the day but it's definetly getting better everyday. Power through it, I have 3 kids, youngest a 3 year old. Trying to act normal for her helped a lot too :) Good luck!

do you have any regular vitamins? I took (and still am on day 19) a TON of vitamins during my detox period.  Also drink a LOT of water and even if you are not hungry, force yourself to eat.  I was not hungry AT ALL and my husband literally made me swallow a scrambled egg.  The 1st time I quit i didn't eat for 10 days, the next 2 times I did eat and i noticed I felt better sooo much sooner.  As for as the RLS, I loved sitting my legs on a heating pad.  to me it helped with the aches and the RLS.  And the chasing around (i'm totally in the same boat) = exercise which is great for the RLS!
Thinking of you, good luck, you can beat these demons!!!!!!!
