just wanted to update. i ve been on a roller coaster for the last 4 months ... and i started to feel as if it s going to be a life long problem for me fighting rls and insomnia. but for the last 2 or 3 nights i ve been able to get some sleep. in 4 months these nights have been the best, though i still have rls but its bearable. i just hope all to get better from now on. thank u all for ur unconditional and continuous support and love.

Hey  glad you are starting to feel better.You definitely deserve it.  Keep it up.I know for me it took a while and things have to get alot better for me to have noticed that they got better at all. awesome on the four months!
