benefits of T.E.N.S

HI...i recently bought a t.e.n.s. machine from my local pharmacy to help with the transition withdrawls from heroin to subutex and it really worked well for me with muscle pain nausea and tension...it was relatively cheap at under £40.00 and im told it is beneficial with cravins if used properly, have any of you guys come across this before or is anyone aware of any bad experiences. Ater all it is only small electrical impulses but i dont feel i know enough about it to be able to fully recomend it, but it seemed to work ok for me.

I know some people who have used a TENS unit and they really liked it.  If it feels good use it!!!!  Keep us posted on how it is going.......sara

Hi~  I have not used a TENS machine BUT have a family member who uses one for severe back pain and she LOVES it(and she's picky).  If it's working for you that's great!  Maybe others can try this,as well,so keep posting.

Thanks for the invitation!
