just trying to get to sleep and those are the only things I have. Besides melatonin. But they both have antihistamins in then so I just thought maybe I would give them both a shot. I really have no idea, i'm getting desprate that's all.

I would be careful taking Advil PM as it has an antihistamine in it and might make RLS worse. I mistakenly took Nyquil with an antihistamine in it and had the shakes real bad. So be cautious..

Why would you need both? Not trying to be smart, I'm just curious cause if it helps with this mess I want to know too.
