thanks gnarly...my husbands a firm believer and that pulled me in to. now im a firm believer. i love god and he has got me thru this and i know that is why im doing so good...people i know cant believe that i am feelin so good i just pray i dont wake up sicker that a dog in the morn.. thank u so much for responce it means alot when u go through something like this.

HI Misty....your doing great for tram withdrawals we have several members that have been threw it and say it awful
I have said this b/4 never under estimate the power of God
and the saving Grace of Jesus .....he kept me alive there a 16 1/2yr addiction walked beside me threw methadone withdrawals and has delivered me of one of the most addictive substances created there is a lot of power in prayer and I truly believe doing this over 2 yr 6 nights a week that we wrestle ageist the powers and principality of darkness this is spiritual warfare 101 keep your faith strong pray and have others pray over you and Jesus will set you free ....I mean that with all my heart im living proff it works good luck and my God bless you and your family abundantly........Gnarly

thank u so much...yeah i didnt think b4 i done house work and now im pooped..but i was on tramadol, but i would take anything if i was desperate enough.. and i was on it for 5 yrs....i really appriciate u and ur advise..and ur right 25 is way too young..there is so much more i wanna do.keep postin me ive been on here steady to keep myself busy

i have been praying to god the whole time and my husband is a youth menister so hes been a real big help...what ur one is stronger than mine..but if ur at 2 days i wouldnt turn back now..stay on this site these people on here are real good and know what their talkin about..im glad i didnt wean off....best luck to u.. and i wouldnt stop taking both at once that may b to hard on your body.

I  was taking 8-10 Norcos a day plus 80 mg of oxycontin. I stopped the oxys cold turkey 2 days ago & have been rapidly tapering off the norcos. I took 9 the day b4 yesterday, 7 yesterday, & 4 today. My goal tomorrow is to take 2 or less! I assumed tapering off would make withdrawals more managable but it I'm still having all them!

What were u taking and for how long? My withdrawals haven't been so easy. I'm proud of u for getting clean...u inspire me!

No prob how long has it been? What was your drug of choice and how much were u taking? It gets better trust me every minute does seem like an hour but u will get thru it. Take it easy relax the next few days. I mean it helps to stay busy trust me but dont wear yourself out. It may get worse I dont know how long its been but just prepare for anything. Have a gameplan no matter what happens so that way u cant possibly fail. I planned for every outcome and was prepared in case anything happen. Im 25 too but a guy and we got a life to live. We are too young to get caught up in this ********. I wish u the best ill check up on u.

thank u..any advise is greatly appriciated right now. belive it or not im not to sick..i cleaned the house and im up watchin t.v.  i just feel drained. i thiught i would b really sick, i had an upset belly but no throwin up and i have a heck of an appitite. thanks for ur post

I do not think that lyrica would do much for you at all during opiate withdrawal. Although it does work to control pain it is not the same type of pain. As far as nuerotonin I am not familiar with the drug so I am not sure. I just want to say congrats on day 3 u are at the hump and are doing awesome. Keep pushing and youll get through this. Look up the thomas recipe which is vitamins and supplements it really helps! Take ibuprofen for pain and immodium for tummy. Try and excersize as much as u can. Even if its short walks. Eat 3x a day its important I know u prob dont want to see food but you must keep your body going with food. And lastly u must stay hydrated. Drink at least 5 bottles of water per day. This is a natural way of flushing out the toxins. Good luck!
