my girlfriend is on a low dose kolonopin.wants to know if there is an herbal alternative?

Valarian root, Kava Kava, Melatonin, Hops

I was prescribed Clonopin following my hysterectomy and it casued me as many problems as the other meds.  I wasn't told they were habit forming and as always I got hooked.  I had to cut off.  If she can find something that is comparable and non-narcotic, I would recommend she switch before she gets dependent on them.

yes their are many calming things at gnc for anxiety. if she uses klonopin for sleep there is also melatonin.
