Congrats on your clean time!! When I have high anexity I get cravings and I just go one day at a time and get thru the day. I know it sounds funny but it does work. It is just something that we have to deal with in the early stage of our recovery. From what I understand right now it is so important that we really protect our sobriety, guard it with our lives! We are very vunerable at this point of our recovery. Stay strong and God Bless You!
The cravings get easier with time but we always have to keep our guard up as they come out of the blue. That is why we preach aftercare like we do. We learn the tools we need to stay clean. You did good by coming here and talking about it. Get yourself busy as that helps.
Time helps but honsely a strong recoverycare system helps the most so you have someone to help you threw the cravings .They will pop up the first 90 days are the worst . Things do calm down but recovery care is a great help.
