thanks for the info. And I feel the same way.
hi. as i understand it, this is a status assigned to individuals who have been identified as having multiple prescriptions filled for scheduled medications. the only way i know how to find out is to engage in such activities as doctor shopping until the issue is addressed firsthand by a pharmacy or some branch of law enforcement. this may even include dea involvement as they have really begun to take notice of pharmaceutical diversion. i would imagine that this also causes problems for a few individuals that have legitimate need and valid scripts for multiple controlled substances. but as americans we are too stupid to take care of ourselves and need the government to do it for us, even though they are incompetent. no amount of legislation will ever stop the profit driven black market for drugs, nor will it ever prevent a real addict from getting their poison. we are very resourceful when it comes to getting what we want. look at the big pharmaceutical companies, the dea, and the fda. then just follow the money (they still have lots of it). sorry for the social commentary--i get a little upset when it comes to our neosocialist leadership. anyhoo, take care, gm
