                     Thank you for your response and i am glad to hear your husband is now doing fine.It looks like everything might end up alright,but I'm not 100%.My public defender (lawyer) finally let me talk for once,my plea bargin went from 71/2 years to 21/2 and now 4 months in prison and 5years probation,thats good.He said,well you take the plea if i can get the judge to order the jail & prison to give you the methadone.I have a real hard time believing him & trusting him.We put a motion to dismiss on the grounds that my Sixth amendment right has been dened to me,its a fundamental constitutional right.The right to a speedy trial.I didn't even know that a warrant was issued for my arrest 61/2 years ago,until it was reissued january of 2011.They sent me a letter for the first time in all them years.Now that I've got my life on the right track they do this.But if i go through with the hearing and the judge denies to drop charges,i will not get this deal again i'll go to trial were i can get from 6 years to 15,crazy ha! I go back on the 14th of this month,but i only have till 10am tomorrow to make up my mind,crazy ha!     !!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!    So thats what going on in my so called life.I hope to hear from you soon,TAKE CARE,   GARY (helpless) FIELDS

I hope and pray this time when you get out of jail you will not start using the meth.again. my husband went c/t on 20mg of meth and 8mg of xanax. Yes he was sick.had has high blood pressure he went into a hospital for 4 days then into a rehab.at the rehab he wasn't given anything for the withdrawals.he toughed it out. So glad to hear you are not breaking the law anymore. There is a clean side to life.my husband has been clean for 15 months now after a 14 yr relapse with meth & xanax. My husband also had hep.c from his former heroin use and I gave him the interferon shots. In 1997. My husband was in a christian drug rehab for 3 months the LORD has done amazing things in his life and our familys.we had some much hurt and pain from his years of use. The meth gets you off heroin but is a monster itself. Seek the LORD and HE will strenghten you. I will pray for the LORD to be with you during your detox and your jail time.

I was on 90 milligrams for 4 1/2 years,then i was charged with a 6 1/2 year old d.u.i.So i stared declining 5mil. a week,since february, because of the fear of detoxing cold turkey in jail,now i am on 30 mil.If i take a plea bargain for 4 months in prison this week,i'll be lock up the week after on 20mil.Twice in jail 6 to 8 years ago i went cold turkey off of methadone,35mil for only 3 months,both times but i came to close to death.I had a sezer both times and was unconsious in the hospital for over a week.medical in  jail doesn't help us or even care.For 22 years i was addicted to herion and had hypitides C.,for 20years,it was killing me so june 2006 i finally quit herion for good,and got rid of the hyp.C with new medicine (shots) for 6months,thank god.So at the time,5yrs. ago,methadone was all i knew to stop herion withdrawls.I do not break the law anymore.so i didn't fear jail.

you cant dye from the detox but you can dye if your body is not in good health...like heart B/P kidneys liver methadone puts an enormus stress on your body going C/T what dose are your coming off of ....we have had health ymembers make it off as high as 120mg but she was in good health and only 23 tell us a bit more and mabe we can help you.......Gnarly
