day 19 and feeling better!

my sleep is slowly coming back... ive been walking at least a mile a day... going to the chiropractor and using a tens unit... ive been taking aleve... today I actually worked out in the yard! and im going roller skating with my family! I havent felt like doing anything with the family in 2 years!!  im beginning to feel like myself again!!! those long hard days of early withdrawal suxd and the long jittery, sleepless days that followed were all very hard but its so worth it to have myself back and for my husband to have his wife back and my kids to have their mom back!!  my neck is killing me.. but I was feeling neck pain on the meds! at least now I can participate and live life! the energy drain will probably continue for a while but I'll deal with it day by day! Im so thankful to be off of that ride!! just wanted to post to say it can be done, even tho its not easy its worth it... 150mg hydro/day prescribed/ 4yrs on hydro! OVER!!!!

awesome... I cant wait to be where you are. although I did actually enjoy family time today.... sort of amazing since I was not being pulled kicking and screaming...

I dont know that I will ever brave roller skating since I am not the best of skill at that sort of stuff...

but hey if you can make it through wd you can do anything!

That is so awesome, good for you! I finally confessed to my Dad that I have a problem with oxys and he has been so amazing. I am going to see an addiction specialist with him sometime this week..I kinda wish I never switched from hydros to oxys because the w.ds from oxys are a lot worse : (    I cant wait to be where you are right now..I feel like I am miles and miles away but in fact I can be there in just 19 days right? Good for you!
