day 4

i am on day 4 detoxing from 70mg of methadone i do not feel bad a little achy nothing i can not handle, maybe because i was only on it for 1 1/2 months, i am jumping for joy, i have taken ativan for these damn nervous /panic attacks, also started on the thomas reciepe vitimins and it seems to be helping alot, tring to just relax since kids are gone until tomarrow and i have no responabilities, hopefully the w/d don't pop up at me i have a headache and mild bone aches nothing too  bad good luck to all of you and god bless

Yes Jenn.,..so glad to hear that you are doing better. You see, take it day by day,...You can do this...believe me. I am gald you got a jump start on the Thomas Recipe. I did not discover it until last week. But it has helped temendously.

Take this last day without your kids, and relax...Sleep, eat, watch TV....Take it easy...Good luck to you...
