yes, Suboxone is an opiate - it's mechanism of action is different that Norco, Oxy, Vicodin, etc but it is an opiate.
how long do you plan on taking it before you wean off of it and become opiate free?
Excellent, youre doin great.Suboxone/subutex in Ontario,Canada received approval,so far our Gouverment has not sanctioned its reliesh to the public.I believe this drug to be a major breakthrough. The important thing is to use it in a tapering cycle of 6 weeks to opiate free lifestyle, followed by a program of after care N.A. counciling some form of therapy. This forum in my opinion is great . Cheers john
Good Luck to you also. I hope you did your homework and know what you are taking. Also hope you have a plan to wean off. Again, best of luck!!
Good going! I too take Suboxone and it has been wonderful. How nice is it to not have withdrawals? Amazing if you ask me.
I have a couple questions for you.
Do you take it once a day or more?
How long does it take to dissolve?
I take 8mgs once a day and it takes at least 25 minutes. I am just curious. Keep up the good work and don't forget to be thankful for your new found happiness.
Keep us posted.
