day 7 feeling bad

i am craving really bad today, the wds have all but gone, my legs get a bit jumpy and sleep is still a major issue but thats it.  at the min i would rip my arm off to have a pill!  i am going to try and keep myself busy and hope that it passes, i just hope it doesnt last all day :-(  hope everyone else is doin ok xxx

i dont have any pills in the house and no way of getting them thank god, the cravings are so bad that i really do think i would take them if they where here!! i took my dogs for a walk and i think i am going to go and watch a dvd for a while see if that takes my mind off it, i will post later and let you know how its going, damm pills :-(

IM sorry bout the cravings get busy get them off your mind, keep posting if it helps, im day 11 and im feeling very good 2day and the last few days im sleeping all nite and you will too this will pass keep fighting the fight

I'm sorry you are having those awful WD syptoms!
Day 9 was my worst for craving & low energy.
My main drug I was withdrawing from was the Fentanyl patch. And Darvocet.
I caved & took 1/2 of a Darvocet. It didn't set me back. I was so glad!
Just hang in there & don't do what I did, OK?. It does get better.
Day 11 off Fentanyl & a couple off that 1/2 Darvocet & I feel great!
Really. I might have a craving later...but right now it's all good!

Way to go on a week clean now. The sleep will come, that part seems to take longer. Most cravings don't last all day, just find a way to get those thoughts out of your head by keeping busy. I have learned that by doing nothing about a craving, mine would intensify so much and get stronger without some support that I could not fight it. You did the right thing posting and I know you will make it through. Stay strong and you will see how much better you feel soon, it does take some time to heal. Your off to a great start now:)
