day 8!?!

I cant stop "Febreezing" my house. I smell everything! Pain is geting worse unfortunately. May be the fact that its rained the past 2 days and I havent really been active. I have 4 more days untill I go back to work and Im hoping to feel better by then. Hope this message finds everyone well.

Rebound pain is very common at this point.  Usually it gets better the longer you are clean.  Our bodies are still healing so hang in there, you are doing great!!

Congrats on day 8 and, yes, I think in 4 days you'll feel soooo much better!! You're doing great! I'm with ShaBay, and most smell made (well still make) me go "yuuuuck." Hahaha! I'm about to go buy new lotion, conditioner, and deodorant now (on lunch break) because of it! I do admit, though, that it's nice to actually smell things again (well, when I'm not sneezing my head off). Hahaha! You're rocking this! Keep it up!

Congrats on day 8! I washed everything and found smells really made me sick! It was like I was prego all over again! YIKES... Anyhow when I cant get out I would blast music and dance around like a mad person! My kids think Im nuts but it feels good to be care free and fun again! I wish you all the best... your doing great!

Hi there! I just wanted to offer you my Congratulations on your Big 8 Days. I'm sorry to hear that the pain has gotten worse but everybody's different & sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. I'm so glad that you planned ahead & that you have 4 more days before you return to work. Hopefully, that'll do the trick. You say that you haven't been that active because it's been raining. Have you been able to exercise otherwise? I can't tell you how much this helps in terms of energy & sleep as it speeds detox & helps get the old endorphins firing. Keep up the great work -- You're doing it!!
