she may be telling you she is taking tylenol, where she is really taking tylenol3 or 4. is she in Canada? i hear you can get tylenol 3 over the counter there. weird, huh?
She should have her liver enzymes checked. I do from just Tylenol. I doubt the accidents are from just Tylenol, unless they are with codeine. Tylenol PM could increase the drowsiness. Either way, alcohol and Tylenol are horribly hard on the liver.
Tylenol is hard on the liver and adding alcohol is even harder and from what I have read and learned can lead to liver damage. When I was taking vicodin I did not drink at all because of the fear of destroying my liver. Please get her to a doctor that can and will explain this to her.
It must be a different type of Tylenol? Tylenol PM maybe? Regular Tylenol is nothing but acetametaphine and in itself is not addictive. Could she possibly be using Tylenol 3 or something to that affect? That type of Tylenol (Tylenol 3) also contains codeine which is a mild opiate but like any other opiate is addictive. The combination of opiates and alcohol, depending on the individual can have side effects that you are describing... If it's regular Tylenol then all she is doing is killing her liver while taking it with alcohol and any adverse affect would probably just be from the wine.

Is the drinking maybe making her have the car wrecks??? Is she taking Tylenol PM? Regular tylenol will not have any side effects to make you high that I'm aware of. It's hard as He** on your liver but that's about it. Could she also be taking some other drug? Sounds like she may just have an alcohol problem or other drug issue.
