does withdrawls from hydrocodone cause neck pain due to severe tension?

I've been taking hydrocodone and tramedol off and on now for years. I am out of hydrocodone and my neck is so stiff and I have a lot of tension and nervousness. I also have lot of pressure on my eye. I really can't do anything. Do you think  these are withdrawl symptoms?

Yes I feel like a 90yr old women...I also feel like uneasy around people and coworkers. I was taking tramedol first and then got on hydrocodone for a while but was able to switch to hydro w no problems. My last dose was 5 days ago of hydro. I pretty much quit cold turkey. Does that help?

Hi There-
Pain during detox is very very common.  You will hurt absolutely everywhere.  I felt like a 90 yr old woman who'd been run over by a tractor for at least two weeks.  Then it got better.  The pressure on your eye though...I'm not sure.  When was your last dose?  Also, tramadol is a different beast than the hydro.  It has an anti-depressant component and can be trickier to come off of.  Did you taper or just cold turkey?  Does your doc know you've stopped?  Were these prescribed meds for pain?
