dopamine and withdrawal

it has been 8 days without oxy 80mg ER or oxycodone 30mg and it is like my brain will NOT start making dopamine again. I sit down, I'm fine. I lay down, I'm fine. ( although i haven't slept much in th last 8 days) I am taking an herbal supplement to try and help me sleep. But the minute i get up to do some thing i almost pass out and have fell ma couple of times ( ok several times)

It will take awhile before you are back in fighting shape - I feel that the Amino Acid protocol (link at bottom right of page) has helped me greatly.....as far as blood pressure goes, when you get up - do it slowly in stages. Legs down and sitting posotion for a minute before you actually stsnd up. Postural hypotension gets a lot of us at this time. And Corey is right - we (most of us) have spent years developing this problem...it wont get better overnight - although I wish that it would.....good luck to you....

Could be drop in blood pressure. Can you go to the doctors and get checked. You don't have to tell him about your addiction if you can't. I think that we should all go get a physical after detoxing our bodies. We have been abusing them so long. Congratulations on day 8.
