I am 12 days clean after doing a fast taper over a week going from 12 norco a day to 1 and then quit.  I barely suffered any WD except a little on day 10.  I feel totally normal now.  Good luck.  The thing about sub is you have to taper off of that and possible suffer WD too.

i am 6days on suboxen and i believe it has helped me so much, the suboxen pretty much stop the physical withdrawls,BUT you have to still be ready to stop because the emotional andmental stuff you go through normally when you go c/t you still feel while on the suboxens, and also you want to make sure you have a plan set up for when you are ready to come off the subs because you dont want to become addicted to them too,and make sure you do meetings!!! and counseling, and this forum has helped sooo00000oo much its unbelievable!!!!But i go to my first meeting in 2days and i am so excited because my head is clear so i can actually focus on my recovery and soon i will be emotionally ready to be safely tappered off the subs.If you can find a dr that actually cares rather you recover or not and you are really trying to quit you're not just having a day where you cant find anything,if you are really serious because most suboxen drs are cash only drs and the pills are expensive, for sure save money, time and your mind by not chasing down pills, but suboxen from what i have seen so far can help alot, good luck, best wishes to you.....day by day we are all in this together!!!

Hello. You've come to the right place. How much have you been taking per day? Yes, the withdrawals aren't fun, but the worst is over in about 4 days....I went cold turkey over 23 days ago...it was worth it. There are many otc meds and remedies to help you get through it.

The only advice I can give you is that if you can be disciplined about it, taper off.  That's what I did ... little by little, day by day learning to live with the feeling of less and less of the pills. When I finally totally quit, I had barely any physical withdrawals ... just some achiness and felt very tired.  The mental part is harder, but I'm dealing with it.  I feel like I had a headstart with the mental part because with the tapering I was already relearning how to do every day things without taking the pills.

I hope that helps.  All I can tell you is that a couple months ago I would have never thought I would be saying that it has been six days since I took a pill, but it has been ... and I'm doing okay.

I think you really have to be sick and tired of it and ready to stop.
