Is your ex willing to let you take custody? If so, CPS does not have to get involved, Even if they do get involved, they alway look for relatives first, and the fathers come first, so, as long as you are clean and no criminal or cps history, you should have no problem. The most imprtant thing right now, is to get her away from the environment she is in now. If its meth, that can cause lots of health problems for your daughter. It depends on how high the levels are in her system. Better not sit on this one and find out what is going on.

I'm not so sure people get "bug eyed" and shake from marijuana, but I suppose it can affect different people different ways. She may be using something harder to have that type of effect (like cocaine). I somewhat agree with Princess2000 about getting CPS involved. I don't know if you have tried talking to your ex about this, although if she is using, you probably won't get an honest answer. If she isn't using, getting CPS involved for no reason can be troubling for everyone involved, especially your daughter. How is your relationship with your ex's family? Do you believe them 100%? If so, go with your gut instinct and get CPS involved. If you have doubts, it might be best to do a little "detective work" and get proof before involving authorities. Your daughter comes first, so do what you feel is best.
Shaking, sweaty chatty, nervous pupils blown late nites and up all niight....means chyrstal meth not pot
sure it's pot? Bug eyed and shaking sounds like meth to me? Pot makes you tired and hungry and you laugh alot!
turn her into CPS and get custody of her. How old is your daughter? I can help answer some questions reguarding CPS, I am a former worker. How do you know your daughter has it in her system, has she been tested?
