A couple of things that helped me were the herb Holy Basil and running (i call it running but it's really a sort of very fast walk and i'm pathetic at that). Run enough to sweat but don't overkill, then walk some to cool down, then if you feel like it run some more. I was in a depression i wouldn't have believed if someone had told me about it. I guess any kind of exercise that you'll do is good. Just sweat some and breath a lot.

thanks sara! ive been trying to be active, i have been cleaning my house up and down and reorganizing everything and that does help. i feel like ive run out of things to occupy my mind! its hard to stand this feeling like there isnt anything to look forward too. but it really does help just to hear that it will get better. i think ill go paint my kids bathroom now, lol! crystal
This is pretty normal to feel like this. Just know that it does get better. Try and get up and move around, go outside, get some sun, turn up the music or do something that you like to do. You are doing great so keep hanging in there. sara
