All of these folks have answered your question, and given good, additional advice. Bear in mind, there is no magic cure for withdrawals. You must be ready for at least a few bad days, at the best. Get psyched up to quit, know you'll have a battle, and don't ever forget that you really want to quit. A few day, a week, is no time, really keep that in mind, and do this thing!
I have to second worried's advice about the amino acid protocol......its link is also at bottom right of page.....it does work - at least it did with me....
there are also some other supps that help...be sure u r taking a good B complex...some of the amino acids are great too... a cal/mag supp at night...5htp, methionone are some other sleep aids but not as direct as valerian....GABA also helps....i dont take melatonin as i drag in the morning after i take it...my son has the same problem so it must be genetic...melatonin is also a good anti-aging supp and helps many with sleep...it will put me to sleep but i have to take it early in the evening or i feel it in the morning even when i take 1/2 a tab....i am weird when it comes to things that make u sleepy tho...everything knocks me out!
The melatonin is a good one for sleep - I also like diphenhydramine (benadryl) and think its a shade stronger.....I prefer the valerian capsules over the tea..but thats just me - keep asking if you have questions - someone on this forum can probably either answer you or point you to an answer.....good luck - it can be done....

Hi I think I talked to you the other day. I stopped today taking Hydrocone for the first time in 3 years today. Thank you for your input. Do you know if Green tea and Melatonin (for sleep) is any help?
yes..i still drink emergenC 1 x a day and valerian root i take when i am having trouble sleeping
