how do i get hydrocodone out of my system

With an avg of 30-40 mgs a day, I am wondering if that is a lot. Given this does how long can I expect the worst WDs? Am I looking at 3 days or weeks?

My mind races and I cannot sleep at night. Although I sleep very easily during the day. If you don't mind me asking, what were you taking and how many. What sort of WDs did you experience and do you feel they are over?

The only problem with continuing to take the hydro is it will prolong w/d. Remember your body is crying out for the hydro that is why you get w/d. You said CT worries you what worries specifically? Maybe I can ease your fearsif I know as I've been where you are 6 days ag so it is till pretty fresh in my mind.

I should be stronger but CT worries me, I may try only one hydro tonight again. I did make it through last night with one.

The Klonopin can help you through w/d I was just saying to be careful. As far as the dosage I am not sure I would just take what you need to sleep. There are other people on this forum that can give you more info on it as I never taken it. I just heard w/d's from benzos can be dangerous. Check out this site:

The dose of 10mg, is that high given I have taken 1-5 only at bedtime. I have never used prior to 8pm.

So your suggestion is to ditch everything and go CT. My mind races at night and I cannot sleep. I thought the Klonopin would help. I do use it when I fly to help me sleep. I tried Tylenol PM but that does not work. I thank you for your kindness and prayers, I will need them.

I would be more worried about taking the Klonopin as w/d's from it can ccuase serios problems. With the amount of hydro you are taking I don't think your w/d's should be that bad. It also sounds like you are tapering down. If you can do that and stay in control try it. But remember it may also prolong your w/d'. So you should maybe think about cold turkey. You said you feel miserable is that from w/d? Because if it is you should think about doing cold turkey and getting it over with. If you want to get clean you are in the right place this forum. I have been taking hydrocodone for about 6 months. I stated out taking two at bedtime. The dose is 10mg I believe. It also has APAP 325mg. Is this a heavy duty dose. As time has gone by I increased the dose to 3 pills at bedtime and I have also gone as high as 4 to 5. The last two nights I used 2 and the 1 tonight so far.

I feel miserable and would like to know if the above dose is heavy duty. I am going to try 1 pill at night coupled with 2 to 3 Klonopin.

What can I expect over the next week? Should I go cold turkey with the hydro and keep using the Klonopin until the cravings subside?

I would appreciate any support. I feel lost.

I'm a little confused about the way your question is worded.Are you saying you have a problem with the hydro and you're looking for help to stop?If thats the case this is a great place for help and support.How long have you been taking them and how much a day?
