i know and hope i can keep doing this i have to for myself and family i woke up to day and stayed with my kids til they left for school and my teenager said they have not seen me up like this for a couple years they had to get there own breakfast but i did it this mourning and it felt really good. and my mind is not foggy it is a really good feeling
