Hey Nomore, You've taken the first step by asking for help. I know it seems overwhelming but try not to over think the detox. Get some supplies to make it less comfortable, a good protein shake, some multi-vitamins, immodium for tummy troubles, sleepytime tea for sleep, an over the counter pain reliever (advil) for rebound pain etc. Keep posting and reading post for support. Your in good company, many have been in your shoes and are now enjoying life pill free. Best of luck to you.
