can heavy (3 six packs in 6-8 hrs) of (Bud and sometimes dark) beer consumption in an 20 yr alcoholic begin to cause a very swollen numb upper lip and extreme breakout of hard itchy white hives on the back? the hives go away in a few hrs, while the lip can sometimes go for 2-3 days?
