help from tramadol withdrawal

Please, Can anyone out there help me. I have been taking tramadol for 5 6 years. Ran out, took my last 2 ,2 days ago. Haven't been able to sleep any, legs cramping another words I feel like I'm dying, is there any thing over the counter that will help any of the withdrawal symptoms, and there are a lot of different ones. I'm sure there is someone out there that knows what I'm going through.

HI!  I have been where you are.  Get this stuff....

Hyland's Leg Cramps with Quinine
Advil for aches
Epsom salts to put in bath
Immodium
Nyquil
And a supplement called Cal-Mag-Zinc

You can get all that at Wal Mart.  The hylands saved my life.  It will work for the cramps.  I promise.  Also, drink gatorade and apple juice.  Hot baths every time you feel achy or anxious.  

This stuff is worth the trip to the store.  You can take it tonight and by bedtime you can feel better if you do all of it!  As for the Nyquil, I took a dose or two at bedtime for a  few nights.  It has ingredients that will help settle you down.  Take the imodium as directed every few hours.  It helps lots of things but mainly the diarrhea, obviously!  

Stay hydrated and keep something in your stomach!  I'm here to help if I can.  I've been off them since March of last year!  I'll never go back.  I'm not saying life is perfect, but it's a heck of a lot better than last year! : )  You can do it!
