is there any thing i can get from a healt store to help me get off hydocone?
Also, most of the items can be purchased at Walmart or your local drugstore.

Congratulations for wanting to rid yourself of the hydrocodone. You've come to the right place for help. To answer your question, Yes; if you look at the bottom of the screen you will see the thomas recipe and the amino acid protocol. There are alot of good items listed that will ease your withdrawals.
If you tell us a bit more about your habit, there are other things we can recommend as well. How long were you taking the pills, and how many per day? Are there any other meds you're taking as well? Do you have a doctor helping you through this.
