Good luck to you.  If you want it you will get where u want to be.  Determination is key.   You wil have flu like symptoms (enhanced) for about a week.  After that focus on yourself.  Aftercare.   Good luck and God Bless

And a gallon of baby powder for sweating. I have poured that and cornstarch on my sheets. Remember, sweating is a good thing. Keep posting! Good luck..

Welcome and congratulations on your decision! I am 38 days off Norco. Have you tried anything from the Thomas recipe at the bottom right of this page? It really does help! Hot showers or baths help with both the creepy crawling, and muscle pain. Imodium and Gatorade for the trots. The Imodium seemed to help all around. Move around if you can. Exercise helped me a ton. The worst seemed to peak around day 3-5 then better from there. weekends here can be kind of slow. Hang in there! Keep posting when you can. others will be along with more help and a ton of support. Reading and posting here was a life saver!

Hi Barksdale! You have gotten some replies to your first post! If you stick to one post, it will be easier for you and us to follow and help you!

As far as withdrawals, it really depends on if you taper or quit cold turkey! I think that at your dosage you really should taper if possible. With tapering, you will have withdrawals, but they will be less intense. If you quit cold turkey, you will have stronger symptoms, and they will last for about a week and then start to ease up! As I replied in your earlier post there are things you can do to help ease these symptoms! Try not to stress too much! You will have tons of support here! We will help you get through this!
