hi and welcome to the forum...dbgc gave you some really good advise.  the baths were very good, and if you add epsom salt its even better.  eat bananas to help the cramps..they replace potassium.  and start exercising tomorrow.  that will do as much as anything to speed it along...even if it is a couple short walks each day and build up.  you really can do it,takes commitmentbut it IS worth it...kepp posting...

it will hit the fan by tomorrow and days three to four being the worst. if you have never been there before strap on all the courage you have. hope you are planning to quit all together. you can do it and no it wont be easy but way worth it. everyone on this site is here to help so keep posting. i used between 180 to 200mg a day and quit c/t. take lots of hot showers or baths and advil. your body will feel like it is on fire and it will ache like no other for a couple of days. i think the worst part is no sleep and rls for awhile but know you can do this. it will take alot of self control and you telling yourself it is worth it and that you can do this. be prepared the mind and body takes time to heal. it will be a good month before you start to heal. the aches and pains and no energy will last 4 5 or a week but days three and four will be the worst everyday after seems to get better.look at the bottom right of the pages and you will see the thomas recipe and amino acid protocol and that will help alot. hope you keep working on this and choose to take no pills, life is so much better without even though it takes some time just keep working on it.
